When we sign the contract, payment is made at the end of each month, once I’ve shared a summary of the hours worked. You can end the contract anytime — you’ll just cover the hours already completed.

I’m based in Slovenia (CET) and work with clients worldwide. As long as your tasks aren’t tied to a fixed hour (like 9 PM EST every Tuesday), I’ve got you covered.

We’ll use a project management tool like Asana to keep everything organized. I’ll ask questions via Loom so you can respond when it suits you, and you’ll always have a clear overview of what’s in progress and completed.

I use Clockify to track every minute so you’ll know exactly where your hours go.

I’m experienced with Asana, Google Workspace, Canva, Squarespace, ConvertKit, Thrivecart, Zapier, and many, many more. If your tool isn’t listed, just ask — I probably know it (and if not, I’ll learn it fast).

Most tasks are done within 2–3 business days, often sooner. Urgent projects are possible with a rush fee.
